The purpose of this Contract is to grant the Client access to the latest collections of wallcoverings by providing sample books for an annual fee.

The Client agrees to pay an annual subscription fee of € 500, which will be debited in the month of January each year.

Upon payment, the Client will receive:

• Sample books featuring the latest collections;
• Guaranteed access to two new collection launches per year;
• The subscription fee will be deducted from any future orders placed by the Client.

This Contract is valid for one (1) year from the date of payment. 

The subscription will not automatically renew. A new subscription must be purchased annually.

Sample books will be shipped to the Client’s registered address upon release of new collections at no charge.

There will be no shipping costs debited to the Client.

The Company is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

The subscription fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

The Client acknowledges that the value of the sample books and associated benefits exceeds the cost of the subscription fee.

The subscription fee amount (500 EUR) will be deducted from the total of any future orders placed within the subscription period.

This deduction applies only to direct purchases from the Company and is non-transferable.

• This Contract does not confer any additional discounts or special pricing;
• The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the subscription program at its sole discretion, with prior notice to active subscribers.

This Contract shall be governed by the laws of Italy.

By subscribing, the Client agrees to the terms outlined above.
