The Preferred Trade Clients program is designed to provide exclusive benefits to The Client, including preferential pricing and automatic access to annual sample updates, ensuring seamless access to the latest collections.

By joining the Preferred Trade Clients program, The Client will receive:

• Preferred Pricing: Access to a special trade price list reserved exclusively for members.
• Annual Sample Updates: Automatic delivery of updated sample collections each year, eliminating the need for additional requests.

Participation in the program requires the purchase of an initial sample collection. Details of the initial purchase will be outlined in a separate invoice.

The annual fee for the Preferred Trade Clients program is €500 (five hundred euros). This fee covers the cost of preparation and shipping of updated sample collections each year.

• The annual fee will be invoiced in January of each calendar year.
• Payment is due no later than January 31st.
• Non-payment of the annual fee will result in the suspension of membership benefits, including access to updated sample collections.
• The Client may terminate their participation in the program by providing written notice to The Company and will be re-assigned automatically to the regular trade or retail price list.

The Company reserves the right to terminate the membership in case of non-payment or breach of this agreement. In particular, if payment is not received within 30 days from the invoice date, the Company may suspend services, apply late fees as permitted by law, or terminate the membership without further notice.

The Company is not responsible for any delays or damages during the shipment of samples.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Italy.

By signing this agreement, The Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
